Instructions

Step 1: Wash

Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly under cool water.

Dry them gently using a clean towel.


Step 2: Slice

Cut away the stem.

Slice the tomatoes into ¼-inch thick rounds.

Arrange the slices neatly on a serving platter.


Step 3: Season

Sprinkle salt evenly over every slice.

Allow the tomatoes to rest for 3–5 minutes.

Step 4: Pepper
