Cut the fillet and grind it in a blender to a paste. Pour in the fresh milk
in batches. Add the spices, salt, sugar and starch. Add the egg and
the minced garlic. Mix everything. You should get a smooth and white mixture.
Grease the baking tins with butter and fill them with the minced meat, which should fill 4/5 of the baking tins. Carefully wrap the baking tins in foil.

Fill a large saucepan with water. You can place a piece of cloth on the bottom. When

halfway up the cups. Bring to a boil and cook for another 40 minutes.
